NORTHWESTERN EXTRACT (American) The malt is packaged in 3.3 lb. or 6 lb. poly bags which are quite an improvement over cans. Instead of scorching your fingers trying to rinse a malt can out - just rinse the outside of the bag, slit the top and toss it in bag and all. After a few minutes of stirring, remove the empty bag. These are 100% malts, no additives. The wheat is 65% wheat and 35% barley.
